Version bump 3.13.151 -> 3.13.152 across the gated locations (pyproject.toml, tina4_python/__init__.py floor, CLAUDE.md header+footer, AGENTS.md, uv.lock self-entry) - version-consistency guard green (5/5). CHANGELOG: the Unreleased section becomes 3.13.152, headlined by the PostgreSQL reconnect-after-drop recovery fix (#242) now at parity across all four frameworks (#244), plus the CLI --help / option-handling fixes already banked there. Staging only: the tag v3.13.152 (not this merge) triggers publish.
