docs(skills): state mobile-first as a design-methodology default - #240

Conversation
The tina4-design skill already builds mobile-first (ui-guide.md: base styles are the mobile styles, min-width enhancement, 44x44px touch targets, fluid clamp() type), but it was only a CSS comment, never a declared stance. Elevate it to a Degrees-of-freedom default so the design lead reaches for it by reflex: design the smallest screen first, enhance upward with min-width, never patch a desktop layout down with max-width. What
States mobile-first as a design-methodology default in the
tina4-designskill.Why
The skill already builds mobile-first -
references/ui-guide.mdships base styles thatare the mobile styles,
min-widthenhancement, 44x44px touch targets, and fluidclamp()type that needs no breakpoint. But it lived only as a CSS comment, never a declared stance,
so the design lead had to rediscover it each time.
This elevates it to a Degrees of freedom default (the 🎚️ tier): design the smallest
screen first and enhance upward with
min-width, never patch a desktop layout down withmax-width. One clause, no behaviour change to the generated guides - it names what thedetail already does.
