…er-python Folds SDD into the skills: the maintainer skill gains a Spec-Driven Development section (the per-feature spec at plan/v3/specs/NNN, AC-N acceptance criteria mapped 1:1 to fixture cases, the spec as source of truth, spec-first for new features) wired into the feature update loop and Plan Documents table. The developer-python skill gains a Spec-first rule and an acceptance-criteria block in the feature-plan template, so app features are driven by AC-N -> one real no-mock test each. Forward-references plan/v3/specs/ and audit-spec-coverage.py, which a follow-up ADR + gate in tina4-documentation makes real. tina4-maintainer(identical across all four repos): a new Spec-Driven Development section — the per-feature spec atplan/v3/specs/NNN-<feature>.md(intent,AC-Nacceptance criteria, non-goals, tasks), eachAC-Nmapped 1:1 to a fixture case, the spec as source of truth, spec-first for new features — wired into the feature update loop and the Plan Documents table.tina4-developer-<lang>: a Spec-first rule plus an acceptance-criteria block in the feature-plan template, so app features are driven byAC-N→ one real, no-mock test each.It sits on top of the existing ADR + contract-fixture backbone (which is already executable-spec), not replacing it.
