Description
This PR removes the
awkernel_aarch64package and bulks all its content toawkernel_lib, under theawkernel_lib::arch::aarch64module. The main idea is to reduce the number of packages, so maintainance and the dependency tree is simpler.How was this PR tested?

I noticed that documentation under the
docs/folder is outdated. Runningmake docs(after tweaking the docs destination folder) adds a lot of changes, so I left these changes outside of the PR. Given that docs can be automatically generated, I am not sure about the benefits of tracking changes in this repository.
