Add Robinhood Chain mainnet (4663) to chainlist

Robinhood Chain mainnet (chain ID 4663) is not available in the chainlist or in the deploy network dropdown. Only the testnet (46630) is listed.

Network details:

• Native currency: ETH (18 decimals)
• Explorer: https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com

I want to deploy an NFT Collection contract and run an airdrop on this chain, but I can't select it anywhere.

Two questions:

1. Can Robinhood Chain mainnet be added to the chainlist? The chainlist submission form appears to be intended for chain operators rather than individual users.

2. The docs mention an "add custom network" option in the Network/Chain tab of the deploy flow, but I can't find it anywhere in the current dashboard. Is that still supported? If there's a way to deploy to an unlisted chain ID with a custom RPC, that would solve this for me immediately.
