Release 0.4.0: the RetroArch black-box host adapter (any libretro core; DS boots and frame-steps, Game Boy cross-verifies a PyBoy-discovered contract) and the contract calibration gate (
calibrateContract/assertContractSeparates), which refuses a contract a trivial baseline satisfies. Two packaged targets are documented as non-separating by measurement: the Libbet auto-derived contract and native-2048.
