Adds overrides for argparse (drops the unfixed sprintf-js DoS dependency) and @tootallnate/once (bumps to patched 2.0.1), clearing the moderate and low severity advisories. The remaining high-severity braces finding GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm has no upstream fix as of today, so it is documented in package.json instead of papering over it with an unrelated major-version bump. npm's dependency resolution hoisted @types/node to 26.6.5 since every consumer requests "*". That release's node:ffi.d.ts uses the TS 5.0+ `const T extends ...` type-parameter syntax, which the project's pinned typescript@^4.9.0 can't parse, breaking `npm run build`.
