I know this was originally written for iRedMail but I adapted your SQL view to my ISPmail based setup and then tried to get it work with Roundcube 1.3.6 (In Ubuntu 18.04) and realised that stuff has been changed and sadly I have no clue what I am doing with PHP, despite sitting around for hours trying to work out what was going on in your code and comparing it to another plugin that gets addresses from a google address book and puts them into roundcube.
