Require intentional opt-in for enabling authentication without TLS. When enabled, there server prints a warning message but allows authentication to take place. Otherwise the server is halted and won't accept any requests.
When defining roles in pyrobusta.roles, allow case-insensitive method names by always normalizing to uppercase to prevent unintentional misconfiguration.
