Fix model selection and fast mode UX

Summary

• remove duplicate dated Anthropic aliases and hide image-generation models from chat selection
• prefer healthy managed OpenRouter routes in auto mode while preserving explicit BYOK behavior
• expose GPT Pro routes as separate models and make Fast a clear toggle
• distinguish the default thinking control from service mode controls

• bun test in backend/cli: 1271 passed, 1 skipped
• frontend and backend typechecks
• production frontend build
• live managed Claude Opus Fast and GPT-5.6 Sol Pro smoke tests on the supplied session
