Reservation PR stacks

Review and merge each stack from bottom to top, then release the changes together.

Stack links maintained with GPT-6.

Closes #2485

Documents the $100, $500, and $1,000 monthly CPU/RAM credit tiers, with twelve-month commitments paid upfront at 20% off or monthly at 10% off. Explains monthly expiration, scope and consumption order, first-month billing, and the dashboard purchase flow.

Stacked on #2483. Ship with superfly/ui-ex#5546 and its #5536 pricing stack after the shared-schema migration in superfly/web#4421.

Validation: checked all three table rows against the confirmed pricing formulas; git diff --check passed.

Authored with GPT-6.

Explain the three monthly credit tiers, annual upfront and monthly payment options, expiration, covered usage, and dashboard purchase flow for the coordinated reservation release.

Leaving this open rather than porting it, since it's still a draft. Heads up though: the docs move to Mintlify on Wednesday, so after that this branch targets a tree that no longer exists. When you pick it back up it'll need redoing as MDX against the new content, and I'm happy to help with that.

Same as #2483: this edits about/pricing.html.markerb, which was deleted at the Mintlify cutover. The page is about/pricing.mdx now.

This one is based on codex/5536-reservation-docs rather than main, so it reports mergeable, but that branch has the same problem.

Tracking the stranded PRs in superfly/docs-tracking#314.
