This PR removed the autospawn of
tmuxwhen you login to a customer EC2 as per https://supabase.slack.com/archives/C09PB9QMQG2/p1777309292139289 .tmuxis still installed and configured (though mouse support has been removed) and a 20m inactive timeout is configured so we don't leavfetmuxsessions running accidentally. Additionally, an alias is created to attach to an existingtmuxif one exists so we don't spawn dozens of them by accident.
