Switch Firehose tracing to the shared tracer

Points go-ethereum at 3e482863c3 on release/arbitrum-3.x, the merge of streamingfast/go-ethereum#71, which moves the Arbitrum Firehose tracer onto the shared evm-firehose-tracer-go library (streamingfast/evm-firehose-tracer-go#8 and #12, merged). The output changes are listed in CHANGELOG.sf.md and in that PR.

Nitro only reaches the tracer through --execution.vmtrace, so the only nitro-side Firehose code is removed here: 3 gates in arbos/tx_processor.go and arbos/util/transfer.go that skipped tracer calls for ArbOS 40 and below. They kept reprocessed history in line with the old Firehose model, which is gone. Those files now match upstream v3.11.4.

go.mod moves to go 1.25.4 and picks up the shared tracer's dependencies.

Tested by running the retryable, deposit and transfer system tests with the Firehose live tracer enabled (a temporary switch, not committed), at the default ArbOS version and forced to ArbOS 40: all pass and every emitted block decodes. TestRetryableSubmissionAndRedeemFees, TestSubmitManyRetryableFailThenRetry and the Stylus rollback filtering tests fail locally with or without the tracer (block validator and Stylus artifacts missing), so they were skipped.

Battlefield

Ran battlefield-ethereum (arbitrum-nitro-dev) against nitro built from this branch: 67 passing, 26 pending, and the Firehose vs RPC block comparison passes. Snapshot differences against the old fh2.3/arbitrum-nitro-dev ones are detailed in streamingfast/go-ethereum#71.

The battlefield run used an earlier tracer-go commit (c3c68f5). The final pin only adds master's faster FIRE BLOCK printing and a fix for dropped transactions in the parallel commit path, and the Firehose unit and golden tests pass unchanged with it.
