This pull request adds a GitHub Actions workflow for running the test suite, copied over from
statamic/seo-pro.Tests run against a matrix of PHP 8.3–8.5 and Laravel 12/13, with both
prefer-lowestandprefer-stabledependencies, plus a single Windows job. The workflow runs on pushes, pull requests, and a nightly schedule which pings Slack when it fails.
