Filebrowser: Add multi-download functionality to Filebrowser #124
Description
The Filebrowser only supports initiating one download at a time. However, since we already have a multi-select, an action to do a download of multiple files in one click would be an enhancement.
The user may choose to download files as a tar.gz archive instead of individual downloads.
