Add cross-platform local serving commands

Summary

• add macOS, Debian/Ubuntu Linux, and Windows PowerShell commands for the HTTPS lab setup
• add platform-specific commands for the insecure HTTP smoke test
• use the public npm registry explicitly so http-server is not routed through a restricted private registry

Validation

• Hugo production build passed
• git diff --check passed
• local http-server startup tested successfully with the documented public registry override

@chambear2809 Any reason you are putting content in the static directory in the repo root versus putting it under the workshop directory?

You are right—this was a mistake on our part. The Northstar Coffee example was placed under the repository-root static directory instead of with the workshop assets. I moved it to workshop/demos/northstar-coffee and added the Hugo mount needed to keep the guide’s download link working. Thanks for catching that.
