localization: complete Indonesian translations

What changed

• translate all 178 previously missing Indonesian locale entries on the current develop branch
• cover newer launcher and history-filter strings added after the latest release
• update TRANSLATION.md to report Indonesian as complete

Impact

Indonesian users no longer fall back to English for these dialogs, menus, settings, merge-conflict actions, and repository workflows. The locale now covers all 1,022 source strings.

Validation

• python3 translate_helper.py id_ID --check
• project localization status/formatting script (build/scripts/localization-check.js)
• verified 1,022 ordered keys with zero missing or extra entries
• verified all formatting placeholders match en_US
• git diff --check

The full .NET build was not run because the environment does not provide the dotnet executable.
