The "Build and deploy plugins" run on
mainhas failed since #163:changeset versionstops with "Found mixed changeset estepper-arrowhead-scale ... ignored packages: @sourceacademy/web-e-stepper; not ignored: @sourceacademy/common-cse-machine", and the deploy job is skipped, so #163 and #165 were never published to the plugin directory.The changeset is split in two, one for the ignored web package and one for the common package.
