This PR bumps the
@solana-program/token-2022dependency from^0.11.0to^0.12.0so the token-wrap JS client tracks the latest token-2022 release. The bump is API-compatible — token-2022 0.12.0 is additive and removed none of the exports token-wrap consumes — so no client code changes are required.
