This PR updates the JS client to @solana/kit v8 and bumps its Kit plugin and @solana-program/system dev dependencies to their kit-v8-compatible versions. The client was verified locally against a packed tarball of the system client's kit-v8 branch; CI stays red until @solana-program/system@0.14.0 is published.
