Review scope

Surface the already-pushed bounded SB226 definition correction at f1f5eab as a draft. This is not a dependency of EveryAILaw's automation-only PR and is not selected for automatic merge.

  • Correct the two disclosure definitions: on-request and high-risk proactive.
  • Retain agent source-consistency receipts, guarded provenance-only fingerprint changes, generated mirrors and regression tests.
  • Preserve the original dates, mapping limitations and unreviewed source/status boundaries.

Before ready/merge

  • Verify current exact-head canonical CI and the bounded two-definition acceptance.
  • Keep the statute Summary's human-review receipt succession decision separate and unresolved.
  • Do not represent this as whole-SB226 completion, HB452 repair, current-codification acceptance or human verification renewal.
  • Review all retained source-version limitations before native-data delivery.

Historical local acceptance covers these two definitions only. Opening this draft does not authorize additional native edits, source retrieval, paid calls or broader legal acceptance.
