Summary

PROJECT_CONTEXT.md still said package 0.2.5 was "prepared locally" and 0.2.4 was the published npm and Official MCP Registry version. Both channels carry 0.2.5 (npm latest 0.2.5; Registry 0.2.5 isLatest, matching design/publication-state.json). The line now states the published version and points to the publication-state file for per-channel observations, as the README does.

This covers the release-prose part of PUB-3 from the 2026-09-14 cross-repo assessment; the rest follows in #16. It only touches an agent-facing file; the one site change is the regenerated docs/MANIFEST.yaml hash.

Test plan

  • OBLIGATION_FIRST_DIR=../obligation-first npm run verify:ci passes
  • npm run eval:public-claims and npm run eval:manifest-scope pass

PROJECT_CONTEXT.md still described 0.2.5 as prepared locally with 0.2.4
published. npm and the Official MCP Registry both carry 0.2.5. State the
published version and point to design/publication-state.json for
per-channel observations, matching the README.
