Default review model to Sonnet 5.5

claude-blocking-review.yml maps model "auto" to claude-sonnet-4-6. Bump it to claude-sonnet-5-5, then drop the caller-side pin in claude-config#654.

Callers of claude-blocking-review.yml after the two retirement PRs (nightowlstudiollc/reliquarist#104 and nightowlstudiollc/.github#26) merge: crazy-larry and networth-agent (kept by decision), and kebab-tax and kebab-tax-netlify (after 10-07).

Recommend closing this issue in favor of retiring those callers, rather than bumping the review model on a deprecated workflow. See docs/plans/2026-10-01-retire-claude-blocking-review.md.
