Agents commit generated dist changes

What

Builds and pnpm test rewrite dist/ (every build stamps the date), so agents easily include generated dist/ changes in feature work.

Expected: feature work leaves dist/ untouched. A maintainer builds and commits dist/ separately before deploying.

Generated changes make PRs noisy and can ship unreviewed build output.

Review workflows already skip /dist, but there are no repository instructions for agents.
