feat(v3.2.4): add CFD, grid, Reality market, convert, and strategy sub-order endpoints

Summary

• Add RestClientV3 methods and types for CFD market/trade/account, spot and futures grid bots (including neutral grids), Reality market data, small-asset convert, funding financial records, eligible discount rate, RWA split records, and strategy sub-orders (OCO, trailing, iceberg, TWAP).
• Extend existing V3/WS types for rpiFlag, rpiMakerFeeRate, deltaSwitch, autoBorrow, maxMarketOrderAmount, and modify-order symbol/category (still optional until 30 Sep 2026).
• Hand-written apidoc examples, bump to 3.2.4, regenerate endpointFunctionList.md and llms.txt.

Test plan

• npm run build and npm run lint pass
• Spot-check new RestClientV3 methods against /docs/ catalog pages (CFD, grid, Reality, small-assets, strategy-trading)
• Confirm Classic tax spotTaxType needs no V2 change (already string)
• Confirm modify/batch-modify still accept missing symbol/category until the 30 Sep 2026 required-param cutover
