mainrequires pull requests with passing checks, so the weekly README update can't push to it directly. This switches the sharedupdate-readme.ymlworkflow to pull-request mode: it opens (or updates) areadme-syncPR withWORKFLOW_PAT, the same token the GitHub CLI version bot uses, and turns on auto-merge.
