Fold seventeen specialist entrypoints into selectively loaded playbooks under the existing eleven skills. Preserve their assets, source identities and scientific/authorization contracts without optional-plugin packaging. Extend the existing consolidation plan and repair links across later folds, including folded receivers. Cover nested guides, cross-skill links and idempotent replay in the existing CLI suite. Record the imported requirements file's missing upstream provenance explicitly rather than inventing it. Keep Claude/Codex support, the renamed repository/marketplace and one MCP connection. Check the exact eleven-skill inventory and both manifest versions; retain the Codex table-spacing fix lost with the previous PR's revert. No pack framework, new generator, model eval suite or verification reports.

Summary
Minimal replacement for reverted #2. One plugin, 11 entrypoints for both Claude and Codex.
Most changed files are moves; recorded non-Markdown assets are byte-identical. The previously unrecorded requirements file is retained with an explicit provenance-gap note. No release/tag is performed.
