Migrated from seqeralabs/docs-internal#329 (24 commits, squashed). - Rebuild the published API spec from the Platform v1.226.0 base spec plus permanent overlays in platform-api-docs/overlays/ - Add build-decorated-spec.sh, apply-property-order.py, api-docs-changes.py, and restore-unchanged-pages.py; remove consolidate-overlays.py - Retire the diff-based generate-openapi-overlays and apply-overlays-and-regenerate workflows - Publish the SCIM and IdP group endpoints - Regenerate the API reference pages and parameter tables - Rewrite the api-overlay-generator skill for the new build Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
