Document the Pipeline diagram card driven by `manifest.diagram` on the launchpad pages (Cloud and Enterprise), and add the TOWER_PIPELINE_DIAGRAM_MAX_FILE_SIZE and TOWER_PIPELINE_DIAGRAM_ALLOW_HTTP Enterprise environment variables. Mirror the Pipeline diagram section and the TOWER_PIPELINE_DIAGRAM_MAX_FILE_SIZE and TOWER_PIPELINE_DIAGRAM_ALLOW_HTTP env vars into version-26.2. Source: tower-config/src/main/resources/application.yml:45,47 at v26.2.0-enterprise (defaults 1MB and false). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
