Bumps the project version from
0.13.0.1-SNAPSHOTto0.14.0.0-SNAPSHOTin preparation for releasing0.14.0.0.Without this change, running the Release workflow would release
0.13.0.1(Maven Release Plugin strips-SNAPSHOTfrom the current version). With this change, the Release workflow will produce0.14.0.0.
