[Feature]: Add an app exclusion list for Circle to Search gestures #1659
Circle to Search can be accidentally triggered in certain apps, especially rhythm games, where multiple simultaneous touches and long presses are common.
This interrupts gameplay and can cause missed notes. Currently, there is no way to disable the activation gesture for specific apps while keeping it enabled elsewhere.
Proposed Solution
Add an app exclusion list that allows users to select installed apps where the Circle to Search activation gesture should be disabled.
When an excluded app is in the foreground, the gesture should be completely disabled without intercepting touch input. It should automatically become available again when switching to another app.
Alternatives Considered
Manually disabling and re-enabling the gesture before and after using affected apps. However, this is inconvenient and easy to forget.
Priority
High - Critical for my use case
Contribution
I would be willing to implement this feature
Additional Context
This is particularly important for rhythm games that require precise multi-touch input. However, an app exclusion list would also benefit other fullscreen apps where the activation gesture may interfere with normal interactions.
