Updated the msc projects for convbin and rnx2rtkp. The x64 build does have a working realloc() so would be expected for overcome the problems with the bcc build noted in #783 A few of the other PRs are needed fix win32 build issues noted. Perhaps these are another option for some people, using Visual Studio and these project files to build these console apps.
