Increases speed when processing one file with IMT enabled and GlobalEntryRange set
This Pull request:
Modifies the logic of how an RNTupleDS prepares entry ranges for processing by RDataFrame when IMT is enabled. If only one file is left for processing all slots are used otherwise continue using single threaded logic.
