Docs for ROB-1706: docs/configuration/exporting/platform-mcp-api.rst gains the per-toolset switches under "Robusta MCP Server Enabled" and an "Asking Holmes a question" section (ask_holmes / get_holmes_answer, the wait split, arguments, result shape, which clusters can be asked). The "What an API key can call" paragraph no longer claims list_available_clusters was reachable before (it was not; relay's toolset-switches PR opens it).

Merge after the relay stack: robusta-dev/relay "ROB-1706 Add the ask_holmes and get_holmes_answer platform-mcp tools".

Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win

Describe list_available_clusters separately.

list_available_clusters does not run a cluster-local tool or return raw tool output. Split it from the remote_* description and document that it lists available clusters.
