The wheel bundles strix-tui, a static Go (Bubble Tea) sidecar compiled from source by the hatchling build hook, so it is a py3-none-<platform> wheel. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.

Mirrors upstream's build-release.yml and the wheel job of ci-package.yml.

Differs from upstream

• No uv sync --frozen or PyInstaller binary - only the wheel is published here.
• Platform tag manylinux_2_39_riscv64 instead of manylinux_2_17_x86_64.

Matrix: cp312/cp313/cp314 - litellm has no free-threaded riscv64 wheel, so cp314t cannot install.

Testing

• same as upstream (strix --version, strix --help, Vertex/Bedrock imports)
• added: the packaged sidecar runs on riscv64 and exits with its no-backend error

License: OK

Rehearsed on x86_64 with a host-built wheel; all checks passed.
