Minor rather than patch bump: reinfer-client is published, and this release carries a source-breaking API change -- `LabelGroup` and `UpdateDataset` each gain a field, so struct literals of them need an extra initializer.

Cuts v0.43.0 so the IXP package fix in #455 actually reaches customers. v0.42.0 (31 July) predates it, so until this ships, the merge alone changes nothing for the customer promotion that prompted it.
