Introduce git-providers package (GitHub/GitLab) for PaC PR/MR flows, branch cleanup, and webhooks. Add GIT_PROVIDER, MY_GITHUB_REPO, GitLab path/base URL and per-provider source revision env vars. Document in README and my-test.env.template. Made-with: Cursor
