Add an explicit
permissionsblock to thebuildjob in.github/workflows/build.yml.Best fix here (without changing behavior):
permissionsunderjobs.build(same indentation level asruns-on/steps).contents: write(needed forsoftprops/action-gh-releaseto create/update release assets on tags)actions: read(sufficient for normal workflow action usage)This keeps the current release-upload functionality working while constraining token scope more than implicit defaults.
