Removes dead/deprecated code:
RuleCodeSamplePrinterInterface- never implemented or referenced (only its own BC alias)SetProviderInterface,SetGroup,ComposerTriggeredSet- the deprecated version-based set-provider machinerySetProviderCollector- deprecated@apibridge whose only purpose was the classes above; no internal callersAlso drops the now-dangling
RuleCodeSamplePrinterInterfaceentry fromrule_doc_generator_class_aliases.php.The set-provider path was already marked deprecated in favor of
ComposerPackageConstraintInterface(#8296). Verified no PHP usage in sibling packages (doctrine, symfony, phpunit, downgrade-php, laravel - README mentions only).
