Fixes #3275

When upgrading to React Native 0.76+ (where the New Architecture is enabled by default), developers frequently question whether all third-party dependencies in their app must explicitly support the New
Architecture before they can upgrade.

This PR adds dedicated guidance to the documentation:

  1. Dependency Guidance : Clarifies in docs/upgrading.md that apps do not need all third-party dependencies to support the New Architecture before upgrading.
  2. Interop Layer : Explains that React Native provides an automatic Interop Layer enabled by default for legacy Native Modules and Native Components.
  3. Compatibility Checking : Directs developers to React Native Directory to check library compatibility badges (TurboModules / Fabric).
  4. Troubleshooting : Explains edge cases, community alternatives, and how to temporarily opt out for Android and iOS if an unmaintained critical dependency fails.
  5. Backporting : Backported across all active versioned docs (version-0.77 through version-0.87) and updated the introductory note in docs/native-platforms.md.

Test Plan

- Ran `npx eslint docs/upgrading.md docs/native-platforms.md`
- Ran `npx prettier --check docs/upgrading.md docs/native-platforms.md`
- Verified local Docusaurus build renders without broken links or anchors.
