Document the vertical bar APIs proposed in react/react-native#59237, which report the edge where iPhone Duo places the status bar. **Changes** - Add `StatusBar.getVerticalBarEdgeIOS()` and the `StatusBarVerticalBarEdgeIOS` type to the StatusBar reference. - Add a `useVerticalBarEdgeIOS` hook page, listed under Hooks. - Note on `hidden` and `setHidden()` that they have no effect on iPhone Duo. NOTE: Merge after react/react-native#59237 lands.
