Add optional OIDC accounts with authorization-code/PKCE login, stable issuer/subject identities and existing exercise permissions. Accept missing or unverified email without linking local accounts by email. Retain the local recovery administrator; external accounts cannot use local password/reset paths.
Add the project-owned non-root container and configuration/recovery documentation. Validation: 86 tests, existing browser flows, a real HTTPS OIDC/access-control fixture and read-only container startup passed. Target: upstream main.
