When tempfile reseeds after repeated filename collisions on Windows, this unrelated lockfile change moves it from getrandom 0.4.3 back to 0.3.4. Version 0.4.3 includes the fix that checks ProcessPrng's return value, whereas 0.3.4 predates that fix, so an OS RNG failure can be treated as success while generating subsequent temporary names. This also directly undoes the deliberate selection restored in commit 6238055; keep tempfile resolved to 0.4.3 while updating ureq. getrandom changelog
