Conventions

• Name. GitHub shows an organization page only from a public repository named .github. This repository is therefore the one exception to the q0-<name> naming rule in the q0-inquiry protocol, section 13.
• Provenance. Files carry provenance as the q0-inquiry protocol, section 6, describes, with one exception: profile/README.md keeps its provenance in an HTML comment with the same fields, because GitHub would display YAML front matter on the organization page. The exception applies to that file in this repository only, and doesn't amend the inquiry protocol. The license text is exempt, as in the protocol.
