The darwin binaries are signed and notarized since v0.27.0, so the quarantine workaround and the promise to sign them no longer apply.

The README told macOS users the binary was unsigned, to run
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine qcloud, and that we would sign it "in the future".Since v0.27.0 the darwin binaries are signed with a Qdrant Developer ID Application certificate and notarized by Apple during the release (
.goreleaser.yamlnotarize.macos), so Gatekeeper accepts them as-is. The note is removed rather than reworded — there is nothing macOS-specific left for users to do.CONTRIBUTING.mdalready documents the maintainer-facing side and is unchanged.
