Release-only changes for
release/1.6, following the branch-cut work in #19810 and #21401 and the release script. Relates to #23608.Pins the PyTorch test-infra workflows, actions, and their internal checkout inputs to
release/2.15. Setting both references prevents a release workflow from loading its scripts from a moving main branch. The existing Windows CUDA wheel checkout stays ate3d344d886a7281f6a919115d332df2a080da8ad, because the release branch still contains the conda upgrade failure fixed by pytorch/test-infra#9179.The CUDA workflow assertion follows the release ref while retaining the checks that the node supplies its GPU driver.
Validation: parsed all 75 workflow YAML files; verified all 15 distinct referenced test-infra workflows/actions exist on
release/2.15; checked the input contracts for all 159 reusable workflow calls; all six CUDA workflow tests pass; Black 24.4.2 andgit diff --checkpass. Full platform execution is left to PR CI.Authored with Codex assistance.
