Hold off on merging this - this will break the current application implementation.

What has happened
Whilst updating to React 19 is possible and the current checks pass, PatternFly v5 does not support the latest React version configuration in PulpUI.

How does this get fixed (The fun part)
It doesn't unfortunately. This is currently being tracked in #338 & #339
