Align generated pyproject poetry name with projectName. - #131

Upstream openapi-generator sets poetry name from packageName, which disagrees with setup.py's projectName and breaks `uv pip install`. Override the v7.10.0 template (still used for pulpcore 3.70–3.84); v7.14/v7.19 already carry this fix. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
