Version-only bump, no API change: a2f84a5 adds deltic embedder-api amendment A11 (the settlement pump — host-import settlements are serviced while no export call is in flight, giving guests between-calls liveness; deltic#121). The A10 surface this module consumes is unchanged from 0.1.0-pre.g078aa15. Gates: module check+test green locally; conformance legs on CI.
