Shareable search url - #156

The search text and library filter now round-trip through ?q= and ?library=: typing a search or picking a library puts it in the address bar, and opening such a link pre-applies the filter (opening the rail and search field if needed). Written with history.replaceState rather than the router -- a navigation per keystroke is pointless work and Safari rate-limits the History API, hence the small debounce. The params are re-applied after client navigations so the URL keeps reflecting the active filter when moving between examples, and a shared link deliberately does not overwrite the visitor's stored rail-collapse preference.
